Polly's spaceA writer of books for ordinary people with extraordinary minds January 07 Wet and windy!Outside the sky is grey and driving rain pummels the pavement. The garden is sparse and the lawn muddy, and all signs point to the arrival of January and the harsh reality of a month that drains our energy after the joy and excitement of December. But January also brings the adventure of a brand new year, and I for one am looking forward to a great 2007. Personally, I love all the seasons of the year, and find magic and beauty in each one, but there is nothing quite like snuggling up on a cosy sofa with a glass of brandy and a good film when the weather outside is dark and cold. It also create's a great atmosphere for writing and is helping me work on the third and final book in the Riana trilogy. I am really excited about the release of Lazareen Spirit of Darkness, and believe it is a true and thrilling sequel to The Time of the Changing, however, writing the conclusion of this incredible story is proving to be a complete joy and I am just as excited about the conclusion of the magical tale and find I am constantly longing to be at my computer so I can finish this gripping series. I only hope my readers enjoy the next book and feel as passionate as me about the final instalment. January 03 Happy New Year!It's the beginning of a new year and high time I caught up with everyone! Christmas was great; spent relaxing with family and friends and I have now started working part time! It's gonna take some getting used to, but being at home every Wednesday will give me the chance to work on my third book and promote the first two! For anyone who doesn't know I now have a website for my novels and although it's been tough building it up, I have really enjoyed learning and it's really good to have somewhere to display my work and communicate to my readers...hopefully. I am working hard on the third and final part of the story at the moment, but for those of you who love adventure, excitement and fantasy all mixed together and perfectly blended with magic and reality, Lazareen Spirit of Darkness is now available to buy on-line from all good book websites.
